Channel & Partner Sales Manager
Software Services (North America)

Fayrix is seeking a Channel & Partner Sales Manager to lead and expand our software development services business across North America through strategic partner channels and alliances.
We're looking for a highly driven professional with a proven track record in software services sales and an established client network in the US market.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years of experience in software services sales (custom software development, IT outsourcing) - required
  • Established partner and client network in North America, ready to generate business
  • Proven ability to develop and manage partner ecosystems and sell custom software development and staff augmentation services
  • Experience working with offshore or distributed development teams is a strong advantage
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive-level relationship skills
DUTIES
  • Drive sales of Fayrix IT Staff Augmentation & Software Development services across North America
  • Acquire new enterprise and mid-market clients
  • Grow existing accounts
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through strategic planning, pipeline management, and execution
  • Build long-term partnerships and uncover new business opportunities
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting
  • Manage risks
  • Report on progress
  • Represent Fayrix at industry events, conferences, and professional associations
