Channel & Partner Sales Manager Software Services (North America)
Fayrix is seeking a Channel & Partner Sales Manager to lead and expand our software development services business across North America through strategic partner channels and alliances. We're looking for a highly driven professional with a proven track record in software services sales and an established client network in the US market.
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience in software services sales (custom software development, IT outsourcing) - required
Established partner and client network in North America, ready to generate business
Proven ability to develop and manage partner ecosystemsand sell custom software development and staff augmentation services
Experience working with offshore or distributed development teams is a strong advantage
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive-level relationship skills
DUTIES
Drive sales of Fayrix IT Staff Augmentation & Software Development services across North America
Acquire new enterprise and mid-market clients
Grow existing accounts
Meet or exceed sales targets through strategic planning, pipeline management, and execution
Build long-term partnerships and uncover new business opportunities
Provide accurate sales forecasting
Manage risks
Report on progress
Represent Fayrix at industry events, conferences, and professional associations
