SALES DIRECTOR
(NORTH AMERICA)

Fayrix is looking for a Territory Sales Director, responsible for the North America. The Sales Director is in charge of managing sales, business development and strategic account management activities in the region. The Sales Director is personally responsible for meeting regional sales targets, planning and arranging territory sales and business development activities and budgets.
REQUIREMENTS
  • (!) 3+ years of experience in software services sales is a MUST.
  • (!) Experience in dealing with offshore teams is a STRONG ADVANTAGE.
  • (!) Important: you should have your own customer base.
DUTIES
  • Sell Fayrix software development services in the North America
  • Develop and implement Fayrix reginal growth and sales strategy
  • Acquire new customers
  • Meet Fayrix sales and growth targets
  • Develop and execute new approaches and opportunities for expanding customer base
  • Lead the client acquisition process and work closely with Fayrix presale and customer relations team to drive the RFI/RFP process
  • Initiate and oversee partnerships with potential technology and channel partners
  • Provide risk assessment and reliable sales forecasting
  • Participate in relevant industry events and professional associations
  • Location: remote
KEY
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: A degree in Computer Science / Electronics / Engineering
  • Extensive experience of selling software development services
  • Ability to build and maintain executive-level client relationships in complex hierarchical corporate environment
  • Outstanding presentation and communication and negotiation skills as well as strong influencing to drive results.
PREFERRED
QUALIFICATION
  • Knowledge of IT technologies and platforms, product development lifecycle, software development methodologies (Agile Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience of working in multi-cultural international environment as a plus
